Dr. Gloria I. San Miguel
Gloria is a certified Maxwell Leadership Team transformational coach, executive leadership consultant, healthcare executive, licensed christian counselor, entrepreneur, wife, and mother. Her purpose in life is coaching female leaders towards living an intentionally driven life and developing the best version of themselves: emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and physically.

Giselle J. San Miguel
Giselle is a recent Political Science graduate from the University of Central Florida with minors in Anthropology and Legal Studies. She is passionate about immigration, human rights, and civil rights advocacy, and plans to pursue a legal career focused on expanding access to justice for marginalized communities. Giselle is committed to empowering others through education, mentorship, and purpose-driven leadership.

Yohara Torres is a pastor and a supervisor with Seminole County, committed to serving the community with integrity, compassion, and leadership. She is passionate about faith, service, and empowering others.

Mariselis Crespo
Mariselis Crespo is an Engineering Manager at a Global Pharmaceutical Industry, where she leads technical teams and drives innovative engineering solutions. She is known for strategic leadership, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.

Carmen Luz Caquías
Carmen Luz Caquías is a leader, entrepreneur, mentor, author, podcaster, artisan, mother and wife; with more than 19 years of experience in sales and entrepreneurship. Specialized in Special Education, she combines human sensitivity with strategic and organizational vision. Her leadership is distinguished by service, empathy, resilience and commitment to the integral development of people and communities, bringing structure, purpose and impact to each initiative she leads.

Director of Social Media
Amanda Silva-Jimenez
Amanda supports new entrepreneurs as a guide and facilitator, sharing simple, practical tools to help them build a foundation online through the resources. A mom of three and a Bachelor of Arts student in Christian Leadership, she brings together her ongoing studies, leadership development, and digital experience to serve others—helping individuals move forward with clarity and direction.

Puerto Rico Program Director
Jerika García Landrón
Jerika García Landrón, MSW, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker with experience in government and healthcare settings. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras campus, and a Certificate in Clinical Social Work. Her expertise includes crisis intervention, case management, coaching and team development, and community outreach and social services delivery. She also brings experience in media and public relations, supporting effective communication of social and health initiatives.

Mayra Millan
Mayra is a paralegal, a veteran of the United States Army and a retired adjudicator from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Mayra’s professional life has been defined by commitment, discipline and a deep sense of responsibility toward others, values that were forged through military service and strengthened throughout a career in public service.
Being a mother has been one of the greatest driving forces behind Mayra’s personal growth. Through every stage of Mayra’s life; the challenges, difficult decisions and new opportunities; Mayra has learned that true leadership is rooted in empathy, perseverance and a genuine desire to serve. Mayra’s evolution has been not only professional, but profoundly human.
Mayra firmly believes in the importance of serving others with integrity, respect and compassion. Guiding, supporting and helping individuals navigate complex processes is not just Mayra’s work, it is a calling. Each experience has reinforced the belief that the most meaningful impact is achieved when knowledge and experience are used in service of those who need it most.
